Last updated: 17 March 2026
OVERVIEW
Welcome to Lofthouse Prints. In these Terms of Service, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Lofthouse Prints Ltd.
We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with our goods and services. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to offer our products and process orders online.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referred to within them, set out the terms on which you may access and use our website and services, including placing orders for products from us.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing our website, browsing it, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

2. ACCESS TO OUR WEBSITE AND ACCOUNTS
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
To use certain features of our website, including placing an order, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing address, delivery address and payment details. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity carried out under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or any account if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or our website is being misused.
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding contract, to place an order on our website.
3. OUR PRODUCTS
We sell a range of products including, but not limited to:
-
art prints
-
framed prints
-
canvas prints
-
personalised and custom prints
-
other made-to-order wall art products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices and images are accurate. However:
-
colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings and the nature of printed materials
-
framing, print texture, scale and cropping may appear slightly different in person from how they appear on screen
-
handmade, framed and printed products may have slight variations which are not defects
-
mock-ups, room-set images and previews are for illustration only
Where dimensions, materials or finishes are important to your purchase, please review the product description carefully before ordering.
We may change, withdraw or discontinue products at any time without notice.
4. CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Some of our products are made to order, personalised, or created using images, text or other content supplied by you.
When placing an order for a custom or personalised product, you are responsible for ensuring that:
-
all names, dates, wording and other personalisation details are correct
-
any uploaded image is of sufficient quality and resolution for printing
-
any cropping, positioning or preview shown on screen is checked carefully
-
you have the right to use any image, design, text or other content you upload or provide to us
We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information, spelling errors, poor-quality uploaded images, low-resolution files, or customer-approved cropping or layout choices.
Because personalised and custom-made items are created specifically for you, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
We reserve the right to refuse any custom order where the uploaded or requested content is unlawful, offensive, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise unsuitable in our reasonable opinion.
5. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.
After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is only formed when we accept your order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where:
-
a product is unavailable
-
there is an error in pricing or product information
-
we suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity
-
the order breaches these Terms
-
the order is for resale or commercial distribution without our agreement
If we cannot accept your order, we will aim to let you know and refund any payment taken.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to amend or cancel an order once production has started, especially for personalised or made-to-order products.
6. PRICES, PAYMENT AND BILLING
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£ GBP).
Unless stated otherwise, prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and discounts at any time without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at checkout at the time you place your order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and payment information. By placing an order, you confirm that:
-
the payment method used belongs to you or you are authorised to use it
-
all details provided are accurate
-
you will pay all charges incurred, including delivery charges where applicable
If a pricing error or obvious mistake occurs on our website, we are not obliged to supply products at an incorrect price and may cancel the order before dispatch.
7. DELIVERY, SHIPPING AND RISK
We currently sell and ship within the United Kingdom only.
We may expand to other destinations in future. If we do, additional terms, shipping restrictions, customs arrangements and delivery charges may apply.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including courier issues, weather, demand, supply interruptions or events affecting production.
Further delivery information is set out in our Shipping Policy.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address you provided. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
You are responsible for checking the delivery address before completing your order. We are not liable for failed delivery or delay caused by inaccurate or incomplete delivery information supplied by you.
If goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the product and packaging.
8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your rights to cancel, return products or request a refund are set out in our Refund Policy.
Because many of our products are made to order or personalised, your right to cancel may be limited once production has begun, and personalised goods are generally non-returnable unless faulty, damaged or not as described.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under consumer law.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, artwork, images, product listings, product previews, branding, videos, page layouts and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Lofthouse Prints and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may use our website for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not, without our prior written consent:
-
copy, reproduce or republish any content from our website
-
modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of our website
-
use our artwork, product designs, product imagery or branding for commercial purposes
-
remove any copyright, trade mark or proprietary notices
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use our business name, logo, branding or artwork except as necessary to browse our website or place an order.
10. CONTENT YOU SUBMIT TO US
If you upload, submit or otherwise provide any image, text, design, review, feedback or other material to us, you confirm that:
-
you own it or have permission to use it
-
it does not infringe the rights of any third party
-
it does not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, obscene or otherwise objectionable material
-
it does not contain viruses, malware or other harmful code
Where you submit content for the purpose of creating a custom or personalised product, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, edit, resize, adapt and process that content for the purpose of fulfilling your order, providing customer support, and keeping necessary production records.
If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish and display them for business and marketing purposes, unless you ask us not to do so.
We reserve the right to refuse, remove or decline to use submitted content at our discretion.
11. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS, APPS AND LINKS
Our website may include access to third-party tools, apps, integrations or links to third-party websites. These may include payment providers, review tools, Shopify apps, social media integrations and other services.
We provide access to these on an "as is" and "as available" basis and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or performance.
If you choose to use third-party services or leave our website via a third-party link, you do so at your own risk. You should review the relevant third party's terms and privacy policy before using their services.
12. SHOPIFY'S ROLE
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
However, any contract for the sale of goods through our store is between you and Lofthouse Prints, not between you and Shopify. We are responsible for our products, order fulfilment, customer service, and any issues relating to your purchase from us.
To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the sale of products by us to you.
13. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that:
-
you have read our Privacy Policy
-
certain personal data may be processed by Shopify and other service providers in order to operate our store, process payments, deliver orders and support our services
-
your information may be processed in accordance with the privacy terms of those providers where relevant
For more information about how we collect, use and store personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
14. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We try to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery times or availability.
We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update or cancel orders where necessary, including after an order has been placed.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to our website or services at any time if we reasonably believe:
-
you have breached these Terms

your use of the website is unlawful or harmful

we need to do so for security, technical or operational reasons
Termination of access will not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen between you and us.
18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

This does not affect your statutory rights.
20. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lofthouse Prints, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising out of or in connection with:
