Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and efficiently. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

  • Where possible, orders placed before 2pm are processed and shipped the same day

  • Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday

  • Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, seasonal demand).

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
